So its finally friday! Thank goodness...this week has been....interesting to say the least. Its rush week soo that means everybody is going crazy...no joke. I've had enough of the cheers, the ppl dressed up ...the lack of clothing worn by some...haha and yeah- all of the stuff that comes along with rush- they are all brainwashed, haha...why pay for friends??
Anyway, heather has lost her mind and plays christmas music and crys... what a great roomie.
Love the hurricane winds were getting...thanks ivan...
Umm.. yeah... sooo heather and I decided that we hate haven food...
Flynnie... wheres the present??? i sent you one and you didnt even care about me...i'm hurt- haha..it better be in my mail box tomorrow when i go and check... or else..
Well...thats about all... sooo sorry its short but maybe now flynn will get off my back.. adios!

Well well, were back at it again. Getting no sleep and going to classes. I dont know about you but thats my idea of fun. SO, heres the update on the past few weeks:
We moved in about 2 weeks ago...building our beds was just a blast and living in the room thats always about 90 degrees was a blast to...not really but ya know. Soo then we started classes on Monday of last week. i like all my classes except its already getting old going everyday. Last thursday night me and heather went to Ball State to visit flynnie and we went out to Chicagos pizza. The best pizza on this earth. Sooo on fridays i only have 1 class then I went home for the weekend since I had to work. SO friday night Marcie came over and we went to Los Amigos...haha. I must say running to my car in the hurricane weather was a blast, haha. Carlos!!! Over the weekend all I did was work and hang around home and of course make a visit to the Walmart then came back up here on Monday night for another fun filled week. Well i hope this makes you happy flynn..and i'll talk to everybody else later!

Next week Heather and I will be leaving for Chicago! Were only going for two days but thats ok because were gonna have a blast while we are there. I think were going to the navy pier and maybe the sears tower and then were going to the Rainforest Cafe and who knows what else....fun times for the end of summer.
I'm updating this for you once again flynnie....giving you a send off since your leaving us so soon, but dont you worry we will be up to visit you before we go back to AU, and this year you can come and see us some!
A couple weeks ago was the John Mayer/ Maroon 5 concert, which would have been awesome, only if John Gayer could have cut his playing time in half, 2 hours of john is way too much for me, since i hate him, but Maroon 5 was awesome. Now, the only thing that would have made the concert better would have been if it wouldnt have rained. We left New Castle at like 3:30, well we made it all the way to 96th street in Indy without rain, sooo we were like right on, maybe the rain will hold off... yeah right. We went to Castleton before the concert and ate and shopped some and when we came out of the mall...it was pouring the rain, which sucked but so we get to Verizon finally and the parking sucks there sooo by the time we made it to the gates, we were already soaked and sliding everywhere because we both had flip flops on. Well they were offering upgrade tickets thank god because i would not have sat on that lawn for 4 hours if my life depened on it. Sooo we make it to our update seats and there were like 5 drunk 30 year olds in front of us, soo that made the show interesting. We also got to see Adie which was fun! Rock on John gayer! haha
Marcie Jane!!! HAPPY 18TH BDAY.... finally your 18th~ sorry i couldnt make it to eat with everybody on your bday!~ I still had fun hanging out in BIG GC!~ Always a blast and i hope that you have an awesome senior year and i'll get over to see your yearbook soon.
I went and saw the Villiage last week... SUCKY MOVIE....nobody go see it..its a stupid let down
Thats about all thats been happening here in big nc! Stil the same boring little town so now i've gotta go get ready for work so i'll update this later. I'll see everybody from AU in a couple weeks!!!

Hey Hey everybody! Its been forever since i've updated my blog but thats ok because i've been working like no other. Anyway- this summer has been pretty good so far, havent done a whole bunch but its been ok. So far i've been to the ER twice, but it wasnt me, knock on wood. The first time I had just gotten off of work and my aunt was having this pool party so I went out there after work. Well it was kinda cold that night so my uncle decided to start a fire. While cutting the wood for the fire a metal chip flew off and cut this huge cut in his leg. You could see the muscle and everything, so since my aunt had a huge house of guests, i was the lucky one chosen...soo that trip was a 3 hour one. Then last night, i'm at work ya know and I turn around and my mom and sister are standing there. Well my dad had been sick for a couple days so he was in the ER, well his heart rate was low and so he had to be admitted overnight in ICU because his heartrate was so low, but its ok because hes good now...soo that ER trip was fun.
Anyway- my cousin leaves for Florida tomorrow...i'm really gonna miss the little brat, haha...just kidding I love her, shes just like my little sister to me since my familes so close and all...what will I do for a whole week without her! But- emily and I will get to swim a lot soo thats cool I guess.
So pretty much all summer i've been hanging out with Lindsey a lot. I've also been with Heather a lot just doing nothing. And Star and I are going to go see Dodgeball someday...i promise Star. Isnt funny how when you first meet somebody you dont think your gonna like them and then later on you end up liking them. Like Star, we work together and when she first started I was like i dunno about her, she seems stuck up and then one day I trained her and then we liked each other, its kinda funny. But i dont know what I would do without her now...yay for that.
So for the rest of the summer I"ll just be working and hanging out. I"m going to Chicago in August and then i've got 5 days off this coming week in which I hope to spend 2 in BIG GC for Marcies 18th Bday!! WOOO i cant wait hottie...its gonna be a blast! Well anyway, i'm gonna go watch some tv so I"ll talk to everybody later!!

Well i've finally decided to update my blog because Flynn has once again been on my butt about me not updating this, so here you go flynn- this ones to you again! So far summer has been alright. A whole bunch of doing nothing which is fine with me. I've been working tons which sucks for awhile but when the paycheck comes its great! So far this summer I havent really done anything all that exciting. I've gone shopping and hung out with Heather and layed out at the pool some, but thats about all. I never realized you could get fried when it was only like 70 degrees outside, but trust me... it can happen and its no fun. Its almost July and I"m so happy about that. I have tons of stuff thats going on in July. Lets see- Marcies birthday is July 18th! WOO HOO~ so i'm gonna go spend lots of quality time with her in Greenfield!! I'm going to the John Mayer/Maroon 5 concert which will hopefully be fun even though I hate John Mayer, haha. Then i took July 4th off to go to my aunts huge party so that'll be fun. In August i'm going to Chicago with heather for her bday! YAY chicago, that should be lots of fun, if we ever m ake it there. Were staying at this big 4 star hotel... fun times! I think thats about all thats going on right now so i'm gonna get going and get ready for work. Hope everybody is having a great summer and i'll talk to everybody later!!
Marcie Hale- I love you even though we hardly get to see each other anymore! I cant wait til July when i can finally come to GC to see you !! WOO HOO!! Just remember- our fine president if watchin over you- haha!

So flynnie- this update is for you so you'll HUSH! Well its been 2 weeks since i've been outta school and i love it !!! The first week i only had to work a couple days, which was awesome but then they hammered me with 78 hours for this week and next soooo not to thrilled about that, but the pay check will be nice. Also, i need lots of money because I'm going to Chicago and then Dallas and maybe somewhere for spring break next year again! WOO!!! THat'll be awesome.
Sooooo last night me, heather, and flynnie went and played tennis. Flynnie and I are the best against heather!! WOO HOO FLYNN!!! Too bad we had to witness the "rape" goodness- those boys needed to control themselves. We will have to play again soon and kill heather flynn... go us *\0/*
Umm.... lets see what else is new... ohhh last night- me and emily went out to my cousin Lindseys house and then we went into KFC to eat. Well after that we went to walmart! Well we were only gonna be there for a lil bit but we ran into Josh and talked to him forever, then we finally started leaving because we had to be at the ball diamonds at 6 well its about 610 now but then i keep running into ppl that I knew, sooo its about 625 the time we get to the diamonds and we see ryan hit one ball then the game was over....soo that was fun. But then on the way back to my house, me and emily saw this little dog .....it had just been hit and it was like shaking really bad and awwww it was so sad!!!! Soo i'm pretty sure it died... but yeah- that was sad.
YAY! SOOO i'm supposed to be writting "Nice" things about amanda flynn because she thinks shes so wonderful and all... well ....shes not really- she cheats in tennis and in everything else.. haha..KIDDING FLYNN!! Yay i cant wait til we go to Chicago in August.... fun times!!! Ok- well now that i updated i hope that you are happy my friend! I'll talk to everybody later!!

Woo Hoo!! I'm almost done with my freshman year at AU. It went by so fast its not even funny. Sooo in this last entry for the year at AU i'm gonna look back at some of the fun times we've had during the year..
let us not forget the weekend we moved in when me, adie and becky all decided to go "swim" in the flooded out valley ....later did we learn what we were "swimming" in was sewer water..oh well it was fun while it lasted.
also lets not forget becky and I's "obsession" with Kopps car...PLEASE DONT SELL IT... haha
first semester when Becky and I would have pizza and breadsticks everyday for lunch...needless to say we are now sick of them.
the fun times we had in aerobics class...or the not so fun times I should say.. haha ..mile and a half...
going to look for lofts with angela, becky, and adie.... when angela spelled her name for the girls... it's angela..A-N-G-E-L-A
the obsession with eskomochas....i'll miss them

So, schools almost over... YAY RAH!! I'm so happy- fun times this summer... well i stole this from Amanda's blog...but thats ok...its cute I like it...it fits really well with everything because goodbyes suck... soo i hope you like it :
In days we will reluctantly give our hugs and, fighting the tears, say goodbye to people who were once just names on a sheet of paper to return to people that we hugged and fought tears to say goodbye to before we ever left.
We will leave our best friends to return to our best friends. We will go back to the places we came from and go back to the same things we did last summer and every summer before that. We will come into town on the same familiar road, and even though it has been months, it will seem like only yesterday.
As you walk into your old bedroom, every emotion will pass through you as you reflect on the way your life has changed and the person you have become. You suddenly realize that the things that were most important to you a year ago don't seem to matter so much anymore, and the things you hold highest now, no one at home will completely understand. The memories and the stories from school won't mean anything to anyone at home and yet you resent them for that, that they can't share that happiness with you.
Who will you call first? What will you do your first weekend home with your friends? How long before you actually start missing people barging in without calling or knocking? Who will get pizza at three in the morning with you now? How long until you adjust to sleeping alone in a room again?
Then you start to realize how much things have changed, and you realize the hardest part of college is balancing the two completely different worlds you now live in, trying desperately to hold on to everything all the while trying to figure out what you have to leave behind. In the matter of one day's travelling time, we will leave our world of living next door to our best friends, walking across campus to eat, instant messenger, 8:00am classes, and the perpetual procrastination to a world that will seem foreign to us despite the fact that we lived in it for eighteen years.
But it is different now. We now know the meaning of true friendship. We know who we have kept in touch with over the past year and who we hold dearest in our hearts. We've left our high school world to deal with the real world. We've had our hearts broken, we've fallen in love we've helped our best friends overcome depression, stress and death, and we've stayed up all night on the phone just to talk to a friend in need.There have been times we've felt so helpless being hours away from home when we know our families needed us, and there are times we know we have made a difference.
One month from now we will leave. One month from now we take down our pictures, and pack up our clothes. No more going next door to do nothing for hours on end. We will leave our friends whose random email and phone calls will bring us to laughter and tears this summer. We will take our memories and dreams and put them away for now, saving them for our return to this world.
One month from now we will arrive. We will unpack our bags and have dinner with our families. We will drive over to our best friend's house and do nothing for hours on end We will return to the same friends whose random emails and phone calls have brought us to laughter and tears over the year. We will unpack old dreams and memories that have been put away for the past year.
In one month we will dig deep inside to find the strength and conviction to adjust to change and still keep each other close. And somehow, in some way, we will find our place between these two completely different worlds.
